The Zoo

Yesterday mommy, Auntie Chelle and me went to the zoo for the day. Mommy says there was a farm animal exhibit that she thought I would have fun at, and was she right!! This time we got to walk all around outside which we hadn't done before so it was really neat to see all those animals. We walked, and walked, and walked, and walked, but it was worth it!! I had so much fun and slept the whole way home dreaming of everything I saw........

First we saw the bears, it was early in the morning and they were still sleeping.

Then we saw these wild boars and they were sleeping too!!! Why aren't any of these animals awake??

But this big kitty was awake!!!!!! I couldn't wait to get home and tell Rose all about it.

Then the farm. We stopped so I could drive this tractor. I had to stand and drive because I couldn't reach anything when mommy put me in the chair.

I REALLY wanted to pet this cow, but I could reach her.

Mommy says we've all been in a funk lately. Daddy's been sick with really bad allergies the last two weeks, mine have been acting up and mommy is just trying to stay healthy but she admits she hasn't had energy to do much. And since I need her to help me with my blog, that means it's put on hold. But mommy says we have some fun things planned and that hopefully we'll then have some things to post about. Tomorrow mommy, Auntie Chelle and me are going to the zoo to see some farm animals that I might even get to hold so I'm real excited about that. And she and daddy have been really busy with my swing set including taking out a large grass area to make me a really big sandbox. ((Because mommy says she already knows my turtle one isn't cutting it any more.)) So please check back and we hope everyone has a good week!!

New Trike

I'm here!! We've sure been busy lately, too busy as mommy says because I haven't had time to update my blog. Probably because I've spent a lot of time outside on my swing set which I'm having so much fun with, and riding my new trike. Mommy bought me this trike for Easter and I couldn't wait to try it out. She said it was time to upgrade to a bigger and better one for me. Mommy very happily says she got it on sale and put it together herself!!! So here's some pics of me scooting around on my new trike!

Easter in South Dakota

I hope everyone had a Happy Easter! I spent my Easter in South Dakota with grandma and grandpa and had a really nice visit. ((Except for the first morning when I fell down the stairs, landed on my head and got a big bruise by my eye. But it's almost gone now.)) It was a busy couple of days filled with Easter Egg hunts, eating, playing and having fun. Mommy says we'll get to go back this summer and I can't wait!!

On the way down we stopped at my friend Beckett's new house to see him and to meet his new little brother Liam.
